You can send an image showing an example of what you want or a sketch of the final design (to avoid extra costs, please submit the file in CMYK color mode and as a vectorized PDF); please use the files below (mockup and/or pattern).
For customization with only a name and/or number, the price for the set (pants + jersey) is:
