Nine riders, seven podium finishes, and two spots in the overall top 3 during one of the season's most demanding weekends!

Reguengos de Monsaraz, September 20, 2026 — Team BIANCHI PRATA wrapped up the Baja TT Sharish Gin with a very positive outcome: 11 podiums, two bikes in the overall top 3, and victories in the TT1, Junior, and Electric Motorcycle categories.

Contested over three days, the race began with a prologue and continued on Saturday with two 66-kilometer laps through mountainous, technical, narrow, and very winding terrain. On Sunday, the riders faced a 174-kilometer special stage that was faster and closer to the traditional profile of the Baja de Reguengos.

Intense heat, dust, rocks, and a track surface heavily churned up by the passage of cars increased the demands on the riders, motorcycles, and support crews. Even so, Team BIANCHI PRATA remained in contention for class and overall victories right down to the final meter.

“It was great to return to racing after the summer break. The race was tricky, with lots of ruts, rocks, and a course that was quite chewed up by the cars passing through before the bikes. It was an excellent weekend, with very strong results for the whole team. My Honda CRF250RX proved, once again, that it is a very competitive bike.”

“It was a race defined by the heat and by dry, hard-packed terrain, with many hazards created by the passage of the cars. On Saturday, the dust made overtaking practically impossible. On Sunday, I started out determined to fight for a podium spot in the Veterans class, but I finished fourth. Overall, it was a positive experience. Thanks to HV Motos, my sponsors, and the entire Team Offroadcenter Bianchi Prata staff. Now, it’s time to prepare for Portalegre.”

We managed our return to competition in the best possible way, and the gamble paid off with a fourth-place finish in the European Bajas standings. Now, bring on Portalegre. Thanks to the sponsors, the team, and my colleagues for the podium finishes achieved.”

Class: Electric Motorcycles

Classification: 1st Place – Electric Motorcycles

Statement by Pedro Bianchi Prata:

“It was a tough race with a few setbacks, but that’s part of the process. We are testing solutions for the Dakar with a bike that is still in its early stages, and we know we have many kilometers of development ahead of us. We’ve proven once again that the concept is viable; we finished the race and continue to increase the distance covered on a single battery charge. I leave Reguengos satisfied and even more motivated to keep working.”
