ASA 3.0 NFC Technology

Drawing on our experience in the inflatable protection market, we have developed advanced technologies that push the boundaries of safety beyond previous limits. Our two patents now enable us to offer a truly unique solution. The principle is simple: addressing the material deformation equation to absorb impact and provide effective protection. To achieve this, our pads are designed with multiple compartments that allow for airflow. During a violent impact, this airflow is restricted and slowed, causing the pad to stiffen and absorb the impact energy. Our ultra-resistant TPU XV2 polyurethane pads—always ready thanks to their self-inflating design and reusable without a subscription—embody our vision: simple, efficient safety.

Service Life

Our solutions come with a 24-month warranty covering waterproofing and weld integrity. The need to replace the internal pads—featuring Air Shock Absorber (ASA) technology—depends on: Frequency of use: A professional rider will replace their ASA systems every 12 months, whereas an amateur rider will typically replace them every 16 to 24 months. Weather conditions: Exposure to sunlight or high temperatures can accelerate the aging of the inflatable components. Altitude: Altitude variations can also affect the durability of the pads. Maintenance: Storing the product properly in the shade and performing appropriate maintenance helps extend the service life of the ASA system. Please note that the ASA 3.0 system is sold separately as a maintenance part; therefore, replacing it does not require purchasing a new vest.

Thanks to the R-PRO II and our new integrated NFC technology, tracking the lifespan of your ASA inflatable components has never been easier. Simply hold your phone near the front or back of the vest to access a page containing everything you need: lifespan information for your SQUADRA by RXR product, including a real-time usage tracker; helpful details for checking your vest's condition; direct links for replacing inflatable parts; and maintenance tips to extend your product's lifespan.

Pressure monitoring

To determine whether replacement is necessary, regularly check the airbag pressure. If you notice a significant drop compared to the initial pressure, it is time to replace your ASA system to ensure optimal safety.
